The idea is that people share their small workplace wellness ideas. Companies and organizations can go on the site and use the ideas to make there workplaces more healthy and productive.

I worked with them to create not only a main brand logo but a logo for each tip section. The logos will be used to brand anything from water bottles to pedometers. I also designed a website and built it on WordPress.

This is an ongoing project so check out the site and if you have any wellness ideas, please submit them.

The Core Idea Responsive WordPress Website

Responsive Web Design

Robert Teneyck was my boss at Ideocore a bunch of years ago. Robert is a damn good branding and marketing pro. I’ve learned a lot from him as I’ve worked with him on many projects. We’ve developed a good rapport together, especially building his website which is called The Core Idea.

It’s a light and clean website built on WordPress using HTML5 and CSS3. I made it responsive for most mobile devices and iPads. I also made sure all the images were Retina screen ready.

I had a great time designing it together and it was even was a fun bit of code to write.

PlanetSolar Vision Brochure PlanetSolar Vision Brochure

Vision Brochure

A few months ago I finished up designing and building a WordPress website for Planet Solar, a Santa Barbara solar panel company. They hired a talented photographer to take quite a few photos of their customers who are very happy that they went with solar power.

I designed a website that would show off the photography. I also designed a 36×27″ folded 9 panel Vision Brochure for them to send out to their customers and partners.

Corks n' Crowns Website
Corks n’ Crowns, a wine tasting room down near the Sterns Wharf in Santa Barbara, asked me to design a new website for them and to build it on WordPress. If you go into the tasting room you’ll see that there are a lot of dark woods and interesting textures that exude a high level feeling and brand. The wines they select for their wine club every month are well thought out and made sure they mesh well with their clientele. I tried to make the website design reflect that and show off their wonderful wines and beers. If you are ever downtown and are looking for a good place to try new and different wines check out Corks n’ Crowns( Map here ).

Brand: Product Brochure: Web:
I was recently asked to build a brand for the disaster restoration company, DriExpress, from the ground up. The idea was to enhance the image of an already established company but to further show they are leaders in their respective market. They wanted to be thought of as the “UPS” of disaster restoration equipment. That when you called for an industrial grade air mover to a dehumidifier you would get it shipped to you right when you needed it most. Check out their new website here.
